Refund policy

NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS                                                                                  Any item with visible damage to the fabric like a tear or hole, right out of the shipping package is eligible for a replacement with free shipping.  The replacement will be different than the original, as everything is one of a kind.  

SALE ITEMS                                                                                                                    If the fabric of a particular sale item is damaged, that will be included in the photos and description of that item and probably the reason it is on sale.  So you will know ahead of time.  NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS  Sale items will NOT be replaced.

CONSIGNMENT & SPECIAL ORDER                                                                            Just because I may be making more than a single item with the same basic color scheme and design, it does not mean they will all look the same.  Ice dying is my method.  Ice organically moves the dyes and creates many new colors.  As far as the designs go, I rarely am able to tie a piece the same way twice.  Comes close but it will never be exact.  So, if you've hired me for consignment or special orders, you already have seen lots of my work and understand this.  There will be NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS.  If the fabric on one or more items is visibly torn or has holes, right out of the shipping package, they are eligible for a replacement with free shipping.
